DIXON automatic soldering machines can conduct processes like spot soldering, drag soldering, round piece soldering and soldering of irregular shapes. Batch tin-free soldering
The temperature controllers are based on the principle of heating by high frequency eddy current to realize batch tin-free soldering of products.

Precision motor driving
The robotic arms of the machines are all molded and cast from aluminum profile, with multi-axis linkage and precision stepper motor driving.
