ME& MS series static mixers

The spiral rod in the ME mixers consists of a series of left and right spiral blades, which are arranged vertically and closely in the sleeve. When passing through the mixers , the fluid is continuously cut and reorganized, for instance, divided into two and then divided into four and eight, until the two fluids are evenly mixed, which provides a low-cost perfect solution for two-component liquid mixing.

MC&MCX Seriese mixers

The MC and MCX series of static mixers are specifically designed for 200ML and 400ML AB blenders. The unique spiral blade design allows the mixing effect to be better than manual mixing. The white transparent MC series mixers is suitable for 1:1&2:1. The MCX series mixers with orange spiral blades are designed for 4:1 and 10:1.

MA&MX series static mixers

The MA&MX series mixers is specifically designed for the 50Ml AB blender. It has a lightweight square bayonet interface that can be tightly connected to the 50ML AB cartridge. The liquids can enter the mixers independently from AB cartridge, and are mixed in the tube by cutting and recombining movements.

MR dynamic mixers

The MR series dynamic mixers can be used on the system of automatic mixing and quantitative titration. The difference between the dynamic and static mixers is that the dynamic one’s spiral spade inside the tube can rotate quickly. But the strength of this rotation comes from the matching machine. This unique mixers is suitable for liquids with very different proportions, as well as foamy liquids such as ethane and rubber, and is very easy to clean.
 

Adapter

In the process of mixing glue with the mixers, we often encounter some production workmanship problems, and standard mixers usually do not meet these requirements. In this case, the mixers adapter can be used to conveniently connect the front end of the mixers with all standard tips.
